Revo Guide 4054-06 Polarized Round Sunglasses,Grey Frame/Graphite Lens,One Size

Not Maui Jim's but a Great Pair of Sunglasses
I bought these sunglasses to replace my maui jim's after I ran them over. The lenses on those sunglasses were amazing but they never fit my face very well. I decided to look for pair of sunglasses that weren't quite as expensive, had excellent optics, and fit my face. After doing some research I decided to try the REVO guide with the water lens.
I was initially disappointed with the "effect" of the lenses. My maui jim's made everything look better, colors are brighter and everything is crisp. You'll have to try a pair on to know what I'm talking about. The REVO guides don't really have that effect, there's a noticeable difference for sure, but nothing is enhanced. They also aren't as dark as I thought they'd be. To be fair I'm comparing a glass lens to a polycarbonate lens which isn't exactly apples to apples.
After wearing them for a day or two I had a change of heart. They're huge sunglasses but they fit really well, they're also very comfortable and there's no hint of...
Love these sunglasses
I have an unusually large head and it is hard for me to find sunglasses that fit me correctly. Not only are these frames light and comfortable but they fit my head perfectly. The lenses are, for me, the perfect tint in order to keep the sunlight out but not so dark where I would have trouble seeing in the shade. Additonally, I was able to purchase these on Amazon for about a 30% discount off the retail price which is always nice.
Need motorcycle shades?
It's summer time and hot. I needed shades to wear while riding my Harley. I usually wear Maui Jims, but the wind swirls around the edges and underneath, making me have to squint my eyes, a lot when on the freeway. Not good. So I stopped into the Sunglass Hut and the gal showed me these and an Oakley that she recommended for my needs. Bought the Revos. Big glasses, dark glasses that really cut the road glare. The wind swirling is almost nil unless it is really windy or when your are passing a semi. I like these shades.
