GTS Sport Sit-On-Top Kayak Seat

Comfortable Kayak Fishing
I've been paddling and fishing from Kayaks for the past 10 years or so and being comfortable has become a top priority for me. Most of my time is spent in the seated position, possibly for hours and hours on end. Of course the opportunity doesn't always afford itself where you can just paddle ashore and stretch your legs, so being comfortable is really, really important. Something else to consider is that all my fishing is done in a saltwater environment so accquiring a seat made from material and a manufacturing process that would tolerate the ravages of salt and sea was just as important. There are many other seats on the market but through experience I have found it doesn't take long for the material to start failing due to the salt and the seating area isn't so comfortable after a few hours on the water. This is where the GTS Sport Kayak Seat is definitely a cut above the rest. The seating area stays comfortable and the seat is made of the highest quality materials. The back...
Kayak seat for kayak paddling my new ISUP
I take it from the other reviews that many of these seats are inferior to this one. However, I find this one not as comfortable as I would like. I purchased the Advanced Elements, Hula, Inflatable Standup Paddleboard (ISUP). This ISUP has drings to attach a kayak seat to it. I have used my new GTS Sport seat 2 times now. I am 5'5", 115lb female. The seat does not inhibit my paddling. I would just like more cush on the seat. I don't regret my purchase as I'm not sure that there is a better product out there for me. I may try adding additional padding. It seems better when I sit with my legs crossed. It's not that bad.....just expecting more.
Best seat you will find............I looked!!
Great seat, Perfect fit. Excellent quality.
Used it in a Seda Revenge SOT. Tied it in to existing hardware. Added a tie back on the seat bottom to keep from sliding forward, as all seats do. (I like to lean back) Works great.
Me 5'6" 145lbs. Much larger than say 165# may be a little tight.
No complaints. Go for it!!! Punta Gorda, Fl.................kayak paradise.
Don't buy a cheap seat, your butt will appreciate it.
