Nice Boat for Fishing
I got this boat to take out on the local lakes around Indiana so that I could cover more of the lake shores crappie fishing. The boat takes a while to inflate with the pump that comes with it. There are three main chambers to inflate, the floor, the inner hull, and the outer hull. Once inflated the boat is farely sturdy, and I am 260 lbs. The fishing pole holders are a nice addition, and they come with plugs that you attach to your pole and then plug into the holder when you want to row or something other than fish. The boat is very easy to deflate. It only took about 15 minutes to get all the air out so that I could pack into my car. It comes with a large bag, and packed up it fits in the back seat of my 2 door Honda Civic.
The two complaints that I have Are that the oars are a little too short, and the repair kit is useless (see paragraph below about the repair kit). They could be about 5 to 10 inches longer. I felt like I was rowing with my arms straight up in...
Wow, Wow and Wow
Was skeptical about about taking this thing out on the water, but once we did it was a blast! We put four grown adults plus equipment in the boat without any problems. Buy a couple of extra paddles, you'll be glad you did. Very sturdy and easy to put together. It's a blast on a lake!
Excursion 5 Inflatable Boat
After buying boat and taking it out for the first time I found it was a perfect size for max three people if you want to fish. After returning I installed a homemade wood floor to make it more stable and what a difference that made! Yes, as some others have stated though, it does loose some air over time. I now bring the hand pump with me and it works fine. For the money you can't beat it. I also added a seat, a milk create works well. I added wood to the top of the milk crate and secured a swivel to the top of it, and attached a seat.
