Classic Accessories Cumberland Float Tube

Best float tube I ever used.
I have used different float tubes in the past and this Cumberland tube is the best one of the bunch. Instead of sitting in the water you sit above it in a high quality chair with a mess pocket on the back for a jacket. There is heavy duty mesh screening for a floor behind the chair that can be used for a fish holding station, but I prefer to use a wire basket hanging over the side to make it easier to remove the fish. There are two large tackle pockets on each side each with a drink holder. Two plastic flat boxes can fit in each of these pockets. Each tackle pouch has a heavy duty zipper on both sides of the pouch with a pull handle for pulling open both zippers at the same time. It is easy to inflate with the Boston air valves. I use a 12 volt air pump which attachés to the DC. power outlet in the car. Excellent float tube...
Received float tube on projected delivery date. Packaging was adequate and the float arrived unscathed. Took it out a couple of days later for a day of fishing. In a deflated state, it was easy to pack into the back of my truck along with my camping gear. Once at the camp site, inflation with my portable electric pump took minutes. Once inflated, it was easy to carry to the water even over some rocky terrain. All my tackle and "snacks" stored easily in the over-sized pockets. D-ring availability made it easy to attach my live-well basket and dip net. Getting into the float was a snap, literally. I removed the cross-bar and when I was in knee deep water I simply sat in the float's chair and reinstalled the cross bar. Once I established a good seating position with the convenient backrest pull straps, I was off to the races across the water. Great Float tube
Works as advertised. I sat high in the water which made casting easier. Easy to carry and plenty of storage. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys float tube fishing. Great value for the price.
